Refund policy

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, 

  1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return! 
  2. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)

  • Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return team to process your return and issue store credit.
  • You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items purchased with gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
